Digital Perspectives (The Netherlands) (August 2016 – Present)

Role: Digital & Management Consultant (full-time)

Responsibilities: Self-employed contractor.

Prime Dental Alliance (The Netherlands) (January 2024 – July 2024)

Role: Director of Platform (full-time, self-employed contractor)

Responsibilities: Responsible for platform strategy and development. Bring more structure to business functions covering buildings and equipment, new practice integration, digital platform (IT), marketing, and supplier relations. In this interim role and as a temporary member of the management team, I played a crucial role in driving organizational success.

SAP (Germany) (April 2017 – December 2023)

Role: SAP Delivery Executive (full-time, self-employed contractor)

Responsibilities: Driving project execution and delivery excellence, ensuring adherence to customer agreements and SAP delivery practices. Provided strategic guidance to SAP project teams, encompassing planning, reporting, resource strategy, issue and escalation management, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, I offered insights to customers and SAP leadership, facilitating reviews of digital transformation ambitions and ongoing projects.

Prime Dental Alliance (The Netherlands) (November 2019 – December 2022)

Role: Consultant Digital Solutions (part-time, self-employed contractor)

Responsibilities: Guide the design of a scalable platform, covering enterprise application and IT workplace architecture. I led the ongoing implementation of selected IT solutions to facilitate business processes as the organization matured. Provided support during the vendor selection process.

Careyn (The Netherlands) (August 2016 – March 2017)

Role: Interim Management Accounting Re-statement (full-time, self-employed contractor)

Responsibilities: Lead efforts to enable proof of services delivered and to resolve various other directives imposed by the enterprise accountant.

Achmea (The Netherlands) (June 2010 – July 2016)

Roles:

Enterprise Architect (full-time from August 2013 – July 2016)

  • Develop business partner and insurance claims management target architecture enabling support for all lines of business and all brands on a shared enterprise solution platform.
  • Develop approaches to migrate to the target architecture platform.
  • Guide departmental and solution architects in digital strategy rollout.

IT Transformation Support Officer (full-time from June 2010 – July 2013)

  • Support senior program management in setting up the transformation program and (C-level) governance.
  • Develop and implement methodology used to prove the validity of target architecture (Model Office).
  • Develop and maintain the program’s collaboration platform, executive reports, planning, and plans.
  • Management of various small IT projects.

ING Bank (The Netherlands) (November 2007 – May 2010)

Role: Junior IT Service Manager (full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of a team of 12 engineers ensuring the continuity of the company’s insurance portals and integration layer.
  • Enabled achievement of the targeted CMMi level 3.
  • Investigate and solve high priority incidents and problems.
  • Preparation and coordination of (emergency) maintenance releases.

Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudi Arabia) (November – December 2023)

Deliver project prepare-phase.

Red Sea Global (Saudi Arabia) (May 2023 – November 2023)

Restore customer-supplier relationship and deliver customer ERP re-implementation go-live and support-phase.

National Center for Government Resources (Saudi Arabia) (October 2022 – April 2023)

Execution of a review into program governance, methodology, and management, including recommendations. Further advisory services on topics such as implementation strategy and roadmap design.

SABIC (Saudi Arabia) (March 2022 – July 2022)

Delivery of the Fit-to-Standard phase for SABIC’s ECC to S/4HANA migration program. Re-organize a stalled program to start making progress and catch-up on time lost. Enable the detailed program scope definition process.

Ferrari (Italy) (October 2021 – November 2021)

Execution of a review into Ferrari’s digital transformation program governance, methodology, and management, including recommendations.

NEOM (Saudi Arabia) (February 2020 – March 2020)

Execution of a review to provide SAP, the customer, and its implementation partner with insights in key focus areas and recommendations to secure successful implementation of NEOM’s S/4HANA solution.

Almarai (Saudi Arabia) (December 2019 – April 2020)

Reorganization of a non-performing IT project, including temporarily taking over operational management of the project, thereby laying the foundation for Almarai to migrate from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Saudi Central Bank / SAMA (Saudi Arabia) (April 2017 – October 2021)

Management of SAP-led core banking digital transformation program, covering functional areas such as Bank Account Management, Currency Management, Financial Accounting, Letters of Credit, and Payments Processing for Saudi Arabia’s central bank. Successfully transitioning the Central Bank from their legacy mainframe solution to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Banking Services (now SAP Fioneer).
